Shipping policy

An order takes 2-3 business days to process and about 6-7 business days to deliver.

Shipping charges are based on weight and pincode. Your actual shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.

We also offer free shipping over a certain cart value.

We opt services of popular shipping aggregators and reputed shipping companies to deliver parcels.

Please note, in case of multiple active offers, only one can be availed with a particular order. Freebies/goodies are subject to stock availability.

We provide pan India shipping.

Returns Policy 

We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you recieved it, unworn or unused, in original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at pbcare@thatprettybubble.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you as a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how you and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted.
